Operations:

  • Cleaning
  • 5 stage overhead immersion system with heated chemicals: (Alkaline cleaner, iron phosphate and a non-chrome rinse) Solvent cleaning as necessary
  • Part Preparation
  • Inspection Masking to specification Priming if required
  • Painting to specification
  • Oven baking to specified time and temperature
  • Inspection
  • Packaging
  • Moderate lead times, usually less than seven working days
  • References available upon request
  • Certification of insurance available upon request
